Open Letter
March 22,1983
I want to commend the
work of the Duplin County
Arts Council.
There are many agencies
and organizations dedicated
to improving the quality of
life for Duplin County and its
citizens and certainly the
Arts Council ranks high on
that list. It has proven itself
worthy of the suDDort of all of
the people of Duplin and I
want to urge all of our people
to respond to its appeal for
funds and other assistance.
