IMOSALI 2 ORANGE TEA BREAD >? (Makes 1 loaf) * 2-1/4 cups sifted flour r 1/2 teaspoon NoSalt Salt Alternative j 1/4 cup softened un sweetened butter or margarine 3/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon grated orange peel 2 eggs, separated 3/4 cup orange juice 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Stir together flour and JoSalt until well mixed; re erve. Beat butter with 1/2 up sugar until very light nd fluffy; add orange peel nd egg yolks; beat well, lix in flour mixture alter lately with orange juice un it blended. In separate bowl, teat egg whites until soft teaks form. Gradually beat n remaining 1/4 cup sugar intil stiff peaks form. Fold nto batter with walnuts, ipread mixture in greased 1x4-inch loaf pan.
