Strawberry crearh cheese pie
t packages (8 ounces each) cream chaste,
at room temperature
2/3 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons grated trash orange rind
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
9-Inch graham cracker crust
1 pint fresh strawberries

In large bowl of electric mixer, beat cream cneese H
with sugar until smooth ana fluffy Aaa eggs one at a
time, beating well after each adaition Stir in orange
rind and tuice Turn into prepared shell Bake in
350*F oven 35 to <0 minutes Cool and chill Rinse
hull and halve or slice strawberries Arrange slices
over top of cooled pie Begin by placing a circle of
strawberries around the edge of the pie Then, make
a second, small circle Repeat working toward the
center of pie Pour Orange Glaze* over strawberries
and chill at least 2 hours Makes 6 to 8 servings
'Orange Qlaze: In a small saucepan combine t/2
cup fresh orange juice. 2 tablespoons water, 2
teaspoons cornstarch and 2 teaspoons sugar Cook,
stirring constantly, medium heat until mixture comes
to a boil Boil one minute remove from heat Cool
