Charlie Henry Chasted represented his church Thursday at a conference meeting in Wilmington. Mrs. Edgar Turner was in Wilmington Friday to attend a course scheduled for nursing students. Raybourn Rhodes and his mother visited Joe Hill Rhodes in Lenoir Memorial Hospital in Kinston Friday. Mrs." Archie Henderson and her daughter. Kay Evans and baby son were in Kin ston Friday for medical tests. Mrs. Ransom Mercer and Nernie Kennedy visited Stanley Bratcher in South Carolina Thursday and Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Raybourn Lanier and children were in Wilmington Sunday. Mrs. David Parker of Kenansville and her sister Edith from Pennsylvania visited friends in the area Saturday. Mrs. William H. Barnette and sons and Mrs. Ludie Griffin were in Jacksonville Friday for medical checkup. Mr. and Mrs. Ladin Lanier and Mark, and Mr. and Mrs. William H. Barnette and sons enjoyed dinner in Jack sonville Friday. Jerry Cottle and Joe Parker of Clinton were in Beulaville Monday. A.R. Mercer of Kinston visited Mr. and Mrs. Rave Mercer Wednesday. James Emory Campbell of Greensboro is spending a few days with his father. _ Mr. and Mrs. Paul Jarrell had several of their children and grandchildren of West Virginia with them for a visit. Sue and Lou Hallow and Nicki of Greenville spent the day with Mrs. Archie Lanier. Ludie F. Griffin was honored on her 70th birthday with a pig pickin' and the Futrell family reunion at the home of William and Linda Barnette on April 10. Rhodes Family Reunion The annual Rhodes family reunion has been scheduled for Sunday, April 24 at the recreational hall of the Masonic Lodge building on Bostic Street in Beulaville at 12 noon. Bring a picnic basket dinner and tea. Futreal Family Reunion The Jonas and Maybelle Futreal family reunion is Sunday, April 24 at the Potters Hill Community Building with dinner at 1 p.m. All are urged to bring a picnic basket and come.
