Duplin Students Receive MOC Associate Degrees Marsha Carter, Regina Kilpatrick, Melissa Jones, Marie DeJan, Daly Rae Carl ton, Jean Hall, Barbara Wil liams and Patty Pickett were among 104 graduates who received associate degrees during the 26th graduation exercises at Mount Olive College. The class of 1983 had the distinction historically of being the last to receive their associate degrees be fore MOC makes the tran sition to 4-year status. Al though the College will con tinue to offer associate de grees, students who enrolled this fall as freshmen will have the option of becoming members of the school's first 4-year graduating class in 1986. Dr. Leo Je-'kins, retired chancellor of East Carolina University, delivered the commencement address. Located in Wayne County, MOC is sponsored by the N.C. State Convention of Original Free Will Baptists.
