Registars Appoin 1 The Duplin County Board of Elections made appoint ments of registrars and judges of elections at its meeting Aug. 2. Certificates of appointment are bejng readied for distribution. It is important to note that all these appointees are avail able to register new resi dents or unregistered per sons in the county. It is fitting that a person desiring to register with one of these officials call or contact that person for an appointment since this is a voluntary service.
