The Wavne Community
Concerts Association began
its membership drive Aug.
21 and will run through Sept.
10 for the 198.1-84 season. It
features the Tommy Dorsey
Orchestra, the Norman
Luboff Choir, pianists Steven
and Nadya Gordon and the
Panocha String Quartet.
All concerts will be given
in the auditorium at Golds
boro High School-East at 8
p.m.
Membership chairman
Peggy Edmondson and co
chairman Betty Jackson will
head the drive. Adult mem
bership is SIS and student
membership is $7. Make
checks payable to Wayne
Community Concert Associa
