Junior Miss Liberty Pageant Teh Junior Miss Liberty contestants would like to invite everyone to the pageant Saturday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. in the Pink Hill School auditorium. The contestants have planned an evening of enter tainment for the whole 0 family. Besides their talents, specialty acts include per formances by Elizabeth Murphy, Junior Miss Liberty; Patsy Ezzell, Miss Liberty; Patricia O'Quinn, Miss Goldsboro; Millie Eu banks, Lenoir County's Junior Miss; and the Ovation Show Troupe of Kinston. Also on hand will be the I contestants who participated in the Little Master contest and the Little Miss contest will make stage presenta tions. The boy and the girl selected to represent the Liberty Festival for the coming year will be an nounced. An evening of entertain ment for the whole family is planned. Pink Hill Elemen tary School will be the place to be on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. Admission is S3 and for children under 12, ac companied by parents, $1. CHRISTMAS PARADE The Pink Hill Christmas parade is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 3 beginning at 2 p.m. Anyone interested in entering a float should call Carol Sykes at 568-3181 be fore November 25. First prize will be $100, 2nd $75 and 3rd will be $50. Twenty lovely ladies will vie for the title of Miss Merry Christmas.
