as well as a certain Deed of Trust
executed by Gregory B. Norris and
wife, Joan M. Norris. present
owners to James 0. Buchanan.
Trustee, dated the 4th day of
September, 1960 and recorded in
Book 872. Page 64, in the Office of
the Register of Deeds for Duplin
County, North Carolina, default
having been made by the present
owners. Gregory B Norris and
wife. Joan M. Norris. in the
payment of the indebtedness
thereby secured and the said deeds
of trust being by the terms thereof
subject to foreclosure, and the
holder of the indebtedness thereby
secured having demanded a fore
closure thereof for the purpose of
satisfying said indebtedness, and
the Clerk of the Court granting
