Succulent Christmas Goose This Year Order Early - Order Now Every year we read about the succulent roast goose served by Mrs. Crachit in Dickens' Christmas Carol This year, why not serve one? It is unexpected holiday excite ment that will fill your family with Victorian Christmas glow Today's best goose is well-bred, frozen and should have a USDA Grade A inspection seal on the package. Look for it. It means the bird is far meatier, far less fatty, and time and work saving since it is obligingly self-basting Order yours at once to ensure you have it in plenty of time for the holidays. Thaw bird according to package instructions. Follow the table below for correct roasting times. If you cook the bird unstuffed, cooking time will be slightly shortened.
