Powell Warsaw Baptist Home Mission Study Miss Paula Clayton, known by many in this area for her work among migrants in the last few years, will be teaching the Home Mission Study Boo, "We Spell Missions AMERICA on Feb. 5 at 7 p.m. at the Warsaw Baptist Church. The public is in vited. Miss Clayton grew up near Rox boro, and attended Meredith College and Southeastern Theological Seminary. She is an ordained minis ter, currently serving the Mintz Baptist Church near Clinton. She preached the baccalaureate sermon at Meredith College in the spring of 1983. Miss Clayton is well-qualifie^ to teach a book on home missions having been a Semester missionary under the Home Mission Board, SBC in New Orleans, La. She was a pastor intern at Columbia. Md. and most recently was director of Christian Social Ministries for Eastern Baptist Association, responsible for the work among migrants. A special project of that ministry was working with these people at the health center at Newton Grove. Currently Calyton is a bi-focational pastor, serving a small Baptist Church and being engaged in secular employment in Samson County.
