Beulaville News J' Mrs. Jimmy Kennedy of Charlotte spent the past weekend with Clinton Campbell, her father. Mrs. Joe Williams' son, Joe, took her to Wilmington where she spent the weekend with her daughter, Sylvia and family. lona Collier of Trenton spent the weekend with Sadie Thigpen, Louise Mercer and Nernie Kennedy. DeeDee McClain of Wilmington spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth McClain. Lynette Maready, a student at Campbell, spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Maready. Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Brown of Yaupon Beach spent the weekend with the Perry Williams and Billy Bostic families. They attended a shower for their nephew and his fiance. Gina Lanier, a student at Camp bell. was home with her parents for the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Steve F. Hertihg and son shopped in Jacksonville Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Jessie R. Bostic and Dana spent the weekend with their son, Dino, stationed with the U.S. Navy in Florida. Sadie Mae Hood and daughter of the AFB in South Carolina is taking care of her mother. Vera Futreal, who is confined due to illness. Wilton Thigpen of Whiteville spent the weekend here to be with his mother, Mrs. Eddie P. Thigpen. Dorothy B. Gresham is a patient in Lenoir Memorial in Kinston. Arthur Kennedy was to enter Duke Hospital Tuesday for tests. Eddie Houston is in Onslow Me morial Hospital in Jacksonville. Vavie Mercer is a patient in the hospital in Kinston. Rayburn Kennedy is in Ward 2-B, room 219 in Veterans Hospital in Fayetteville. Norwood Mercer is also in the hospital in Kinston. Sam Davis is a patient in Wayne Memorial in Goldsboro. He is the father of Lou Ann Powers. Mrs. Evelyn Gore was released from Wilson Memorial and is re cuperating at her son's home. Income Tax Seminar The Lenoir County Agricultural Extension Service will be sponsoring a seminar on "How to Prepare your 1983 Income Tax," according to home economics extension agent Deborah M. Crandall. Dr. W.M. Eickhoff, of N.C. State University, extension economist, farm management, will be con ducting the seminar on Thursday, March 15 at 7 p.m. at the new AES complex on the Pink Hill highway. Dr. Eickhoff will be discussing the following areas of income tax con cerns: using the short forms or itemizing, filing, gifts and interest earnings, join filing, and new laws in preparing 1983 taxes. ?
