' - c Hay and oats are high today; shall I wait today and feed him tomorrow? That's how men do about painting their houses and barns and fences. Paint has been high, for several years; and so they have waited. Some are still waiting. Their property drops a trifle a year and the next job of paint creeps'- up, creeps-up creeps-up; it'll take more paint by a gallon a year; they don't save a cent, and the property goes-on suffering.
