The cry is for half-worn clothes. You peed not mend them the Belgian's and French can and will do that for themselves. Give something, some garment, some, piece of cotton, cloth, some scrap, of leather. Every citizen of Tryon is urged to contribute half-worn garments, mis fit shoes, anything which a thrifty and industrious people may turn to use.
