The building will probably be finished and furnished privarely. A. F. Corbirf, who has been teaching music for the past year at Greens Creek is now organ izing a cjass in vocational agri culture, composed of boys of Polk county over 14 years of . age whose parents will give them a few acres to cultivace under school supervision. Dr. Palmer and others, of the Loyal Legion, 'are ' interested in the new fire place and dinning room at the community building and- are considering calling a meeting of the Legion at Greens .Creek in the near future. The County Board of Education , is showing interest in the plans. The courses planned are to be identical with those recently started in Buncombe and Hender son counties which eventually will include home economics for girls. The parcel of land known as the void, water shed tract, con sisting of about sixty acres ; of mountain land and situated above Horse Shoe Curve and belonging to the Town of Tryon will be sold at Public; Auction at ; Town Hall on Monday Dec., 27, 1920 at ten o'clock.
