COLUMBUS PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION MEEES The Columbus Parent-Teacher Association held the regular monthly meeting at the school building on \pril 27, at 8 p. m. rhe Junior Chorus sang two numbers 'Home Song" and "Get away from this Cornfield." Followed by a Dramitazation "making the best of it" given by the pupils of the third and fourth grades each of these members were well rendered and caused much appreciable comment The climax of the evening was reached when Judge Schenck of Hendersonvllle addressed the crowded room on "Juvenile Delinquency," a subject which he said is being widely discussed and the only solution yet discussed Is the Home. He advised a closer cooperation between the Home and school and heartily Indorsed the work of the Parent-Teacher Association as a means of this end. The social committee served tea and wafers at the close of the meeting ? and a pleasant social hour was enjoyed.
