We began our journey In 1844 41 with 31 pupils. 14 boys and 17 g.rls. Our instructor this year was Miss Chenault. The next year we contacted some rou'h seas which kept tis I busy all during the year. Our In structor, M:ss Brewer, helped us h great deal and we finally made the grade. We thoroughly enjoyed the jour ney through our Junior year. Our Junior Senior reception was an en joyable occasion anQ in the spring the Juniors and Seniors journeyed over to Atlantic Beach and then to a movie. Our teacher this year was Mr. Tucker. And then at last we were seni ors! The long-awaited event had arrived. Now we were on the last lap of the journey. Our teacher, Mrs. Willis, helped in every possible way to make the trip a little smoother for us.
