Coofc over boiling . water, stirring fre quently until thickened and tapio ca is clear, about 10 minutes. Beat egg yolk and add a little of the hot mixture; pour back and cook, over low heat, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Romove from heat and add .vanilla.
