CORSHAM, England (AP)
Seven people are leaving here soon
to get away from civilization on a
7,000-mile truck trip to Walvis
Bay, South West Africa. They ex
pect to take four months and
spend $8,000. They will pass
through the Sahara desert.
Two in the party W. Wood of
Corsham and S. Green of London
were there in the war, serving in
Montgomery's Eighth Army. Their
wives slnd Wood's three-year-old
son are among those going along.
