SHELLFISH RULES
Rule No. 109 - Section II
(Amend) Each packer, shucker,
canner or other purchaser for re
sale of oysters shall first obtain a
license for which he shall pay the
sum of Twenty Five ($25.00) each, v
and shall cause to be delivered
for planting on the oyster beds of
the State at least one-half of the
oyster shells so taken, delivery to
be at the direction of the Com
missioner of Fisheries or his
agent.
Rule No. 109 Section IX It
shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation to unload oys-
tcrs from any boat or vessel after
sunset or before sunrise.

all subsequent taxes are paid in full in cash, all as fully set out in the said Plans of Readjustment. Copies
of said Plans are on file in Lhe office of the Secretary and may be inspected there by bidders. The above
items are not obligations of Carteret County or Morehead City payable from current levies of taxes, but are
payable only in settlement of delinquent taxes, as ahive described, and bidders are herewith put on notice
in respect' to these restrictions.
Each and every bid should be accompanied by a certified check to the order of the undersigned
Committee for $500, as assurance of good faith. Checks from unsuccessful bidders or from those whose
bids are rejected will be promptly returned. Successful bidder will be notified and, as a part of the terms
hereof, must accept and pay for the above items within fifteen days of the date of such notification. Check
