Conway, Cherry Point, spent Christmas with their parents. On Thursday evening, the Sun day School of the Methodist church presented a Christmas program to a capacity audience. Following the program, there was a social period with Santa distributing gifts from a beautifully ' decorated Christmas tree. A Christmas Eve program of carol singing and a play entitled, "The Empty Room," was presented by the Mormon church, Friday eve ning. After the program, Christ mas music was sung by the audi ence, led by Elder Leatham. Later, each child received a gift provided by -the Sunday school. The Free Grace church held their regular Christmas program Sunday night. This program un der the direction of Rev. and Mrs. Burrus included recitations, dia logues, and Christmas carols by Sunday School groups.
