Frances Taylor, bride-elect of December 17, was honored Monday evening, Decem ber 12, with a miscellaneous show er given by Mrs. Randall Hall, Misses Greta Ball and Margaret Thomas at Miss Ball's home at < i Cherry Point. The Christmas motif was used in the decoration of the rooms, al io in the plates and napkins used for refreshments. Miss Ball led several amusing games and contests. The honoree, Miss Taylor, was presented silver in her chosen pat tern by the hostesses. Recent Bride Honored ? At Surprise Showers Mrs. Joseph Lewis, the former Sidney Styron, was honored twice last week with surprise showers. Friday night her sisters, Urs. Harry Salter of Morehetd City and Mrs. Joseph Lawrence of Beaufort entertained for her at the home of their mother. Mrs. Carrie Styron.
