Banned Films
Paris (AP)? A DeGaullist depu
ty has asked the French parliament
to adopt legislation limiting ihe
publicity given to films banned to
those under 16, which he describes
os "spectacular, rowdy and provok
ing." Such publicity, he says,
arouses the curiosity of children in
a regrettable way and gives for
eigners "an unfavorable impression
which iamages the moral prestige
and reputation of France."
