Jaycees (continued on page 3) help get the field at the Recrea tion Center in shape for Tuesday's game. Bill Oglesby, agricultural com mittee chairman, reported that the silver dollar campaign promoting June as national dairy month, had been extended through the first week of July. As of Monday no silver dollars had been given out, Mr. Oglesby said. Jaycees have silver dollars which will be given to waitresses suggesting dairy products to their customers. Production, he said, is catching up with demand. But there is still underconsumption of dairy prod ucts, Mr. Williams remarked. This prevails all over the coun try, that's why there is a national dairy month ? to promote the dairy industry. Reasons for under consumption are high prices, com petitive products, and importation, he said.
