The Marine Corps hti announced a reorganization plan under which iti three eonbat divisions will be equipped to land behind enemy line by helicopter. Gen. Randolph McC. Pate, oom mandant, said the ahakeup alio will covcr the Corps' three alt craft wings and supporting units. He said the change will begin April l and be completed by Oc tober. Basically, he said, the move will equip the corps to throw its troops into attack by helicopter and land deep behind enemy lines. C., the 3rd Division stationed in Oki Jaycees to Help Town Build Park The Morehead City Jaycees have volunteered to help the town build a park at the section base, Camp Glenn. . The town will level the park and plant grass and the Jay cees plan to help by putting in tables and benches. A discussion of plans for the new park was conducted at the Jaycee meeting Monday night at the Hotel Fort Macon. Jaycee president Dr. R. O. Bar num appointed three committees. Dr. Russell Outlaw was appointed chairman of a committee to study the proposed park. Bob McClain, Gerald Murdoch and Jerry Willis were appointed to examine the concession stand and ticket booth at the stock car track on Country Club Road to see if they could be moved to the football field. Finally, Dr. Barnum appointed a nominating committee to select candidates for office.
