Morehead City buildingi and grounds commission er, reported Friday that a brick type fence is being put around Bay View Cemetery. The new lection of the ceme tery, just north ?f Fisher Street is the first to get the improvement. Along 20th Street, brick pillars are being built, connected by galvan ized rails.
