Singleton George Stovall, maiK ager of the Morehead City office of Carolina Power and Light Co., accepted the scrapbook and sent it to contest headquarters. The scrapbook outlined tb^ five projects undertaken by the contest committee. It contained pictures and newspaper clippings showing how the projects were completed. Projects follow: tourist courtesy, sponsored by the Morehead City Jaycees; Morehead City Boat Show, sponsored by the Lions* Club; war on mosquitoes, spou " sored by the town and a citizens committee.
