Memo To *11 personnel of New River's newest store. How would you describe our store to Eastern North Carolina when there hag never been another one like it? That's the problem? We can discuss the ready-to-wear department with dresses by Dan MUlsteta, Mr. Mort and Anne Fogety and the suits by Davidow. We might brag about the bags and belts by Garay or the hats by Schiaparelli. And it should be mentioned that our store will be "Catering to Cosmopolitan Tastes." But when all is said and dove, will the wo* en who appreciate smart fashions know that it is here? We certainly hope so. (signed) Mr. A and Mr. Z P.S.
