Annual G5 Bridge Benefit
The Jtthlor Woman's Club will
sponsor its second annual Girl
Scout bridge benefit Wedhesday,
Oct. 2?, it tlte Blue Ribbon Rei
taurant. All proceeds from the
dessert-bridge Will go t? the Girl
Scouts.
The benefit will begin at 1:30
p.m. "Tickets itiay be purchased
from Mri. Joe fleam, ticket ehair
' man, or any member of the club.
: Prizes will be awarded at every
table.

at the recent meeting of the Ro
sary-Altar Society of St. Egbert's
Catholic Church.

the church.
A Halloween covered diah supper
ia being planned, with the date to
be announced later. Mrs. Sam
Hatcher ia chairman and members
of her committee are Mrs. John
Zittere, Mrs. John McGregor, Mrt.
Mary Ellen Artnak and Mrs. Adam
Metz.
The bazaar will be held in early
November. Handmade articles,
memade food and novelties will
on tale. Mrs. Hyman is bazaar
chairman. She is being assisted by
Mrs. William Reese. Mrs. Veitch,
Mrs. Walter Patrick, Mrs. Metz,
Mrt. Edwahl Cassidy, Mrs. John
Pavonne and Mrs. John Lavoy.

Olsson. USMC, of Cherry Point in
a double ring ceremony Thursday,
Oct. 2, at four o'clock at First I
Baptist Church. The Rev. Alec |
Thompson of Beaufort officiated.
The church was decorated with
baskets of white gladiolas and ivy.
Mrs. Reorge Mliesko. organist,
and Miss Bernlce Willis, soloist,
presented a program of nuptial |
musle prior to the ceremony. Miss |
Willis sang Because and The Wed
ding Prayer.
The bride entered the church
alone. She wore a ballerina length
gown of white brocaded satin fash
ioned along princess lines. The
bodice featured a V neckline in
front and back and short sleeves.
She wore short tulle mitts and
? tulle veil attached to a bandeau
of stain embroidered with seed
pearls. She carried a white prayer
book showered with white carna
tions and lilies of the valley.

Sr. following the ceremony. Guests
were greeted by Mrs. Willis.
