A Partnership Entered as second-class matter November 11th, 1936, at the Pdat Office, Burnsville, North Carolina, under the act of March 3, 1879, 1 \ . , ; £ GOOD NEWS It is good news that tele phone facilities here are being enlarged and impro ved to give faster and bet ter communication service. This will meet a need that assumed almost emergency proportions at times, es pecially through the sum mer months when increas ed activities and many vis itors and summer residents greatly taxed existing fac ilities. Thus, another indication of our changing status. As the community grows and the volume of business ex pands the demand for ser vices and utilities of all kinds will increase.
