S. Army.) His brother, Boyd E. McDon ald now with the U. S. Merchant Marines in Yokosuka, Japan, is expected home by the first of Februray. Miss Betty Godfrey has re turned to Atlanta, Ga. after spending the holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. C. God frey of Blue Ridge. Miss Godfrey has a position in the office of the Y. M C. A. in Atlanta. Arthur Jones of Black Moun tain was admitted to the Mission Hospital at Asheville.
