Sprinkle with cheese and diced pimentos, roll up like jelly roll and cut into 8 crosswise slices Arrange the rolls cut side down on top of tuna mixture. Bake in hot oven, 450 degrees, for 30 min utes. He had been em ployed by the Montreat Associa tion for over a year and is great ly missed by his former associates, j o Mr. A. S. Arnold, of Greens-1 boro, is again spending a short vacation here- He has recently retired as Executive Secretary of the Cone Memorial Y. M. C. A. and upon returning home will be with Gillford College on a part time basis. We hope that he and Mrs. Arnold will continue to make this their favorite vacation spot. The many friends of Mrs. Rob ert Guillen will sympathize with her in the homegoing of her moth er, at Fountain Inn, S- C. We have ’ j missed her regular visits to Mon- 1 treat and hope that she will be able to resume them soon. Melt grease in hot skillet, place meat in skillet and brown well on both sides; add 1 or 2 cups of water to meat and let simmer for 1 hour. When meat is fairly tender, add vegetables which have been cut in medium pieces, also enough more salt to season vege tables. Over all this sprinkle generously with catsup. Let sim mer for 1-2 to 1 hour. You will need to add more water as the meat and vegetables cook, so you will have gravy.
