L. B. HUDGINS
Funeral services for L. R. Hud
gins, To, who died Monday at his
home here, were held Wednesday
afternoon at 2 o’clock at Kerlee
Chapel Raptist church, with the
Rev. J. N. Watson and Rev. Thom
as W alters officiating. Burial whs
in Tabernacle cemetery.
Pallbearers were Thomas
Swann, Roy Rurgin. Allie Padgett,
Arvil McMahan, Fred Quinn and
Mike Rradley.
Surviving are two sons, Roy C.
Hudgins of Akron, Ohio, and Grant
W. Hudgins of Dayton, Ohio. Miss
Hudgins of Dayton, Ohio; one
daughter, Miss Bessie Hudgins of
Black Mountain; one sister, Mrs.
Edith Tabor of Dana; one brother,
Mahlon Hudgins of Horse Shoe;
six grandchildren and three great
grandchildren.
Harrison funeral home was in
charge of arrangements.

Borden Sabiston was in Char
lotte on business last Tuesday.

their home because of illness
