wife, Deborah Hewett dated the 5th

in Book 468 at Page 93, in the Office of
the Register of Deeds of Brunswick
County, North Carolina, and the
authority vested in the undersigned
as Substitute Trustee hv an insSni
ment of writing dated the 16th day of
January, 1985, and recorded in Book
593 at Page 982 in the Brunswick
County, North Carolina, Registry;
said property described herein now
being owned by Tony Hewett and
wife, Deborah Hewett, default having
been made in the payment of the
indebtedness thereby secured in said
rw?d of Trust being by the terms
thereof subject to foreclosure, the
undersigned, Philip B. Yount,
