roundtable discussions sponsored by
the Coastal Resources Advisory
Council (CRAC).
A report on the scries suggests the
Coastal Resources Commission
CRC) work closely with other agen:ies
to coordinate planning of how to
jalance land uses and water quality
equirements for fisheries, industry,
igriculture, recreation and residenial
needs. It recommends that water
luality guidelines be incorporated ino
land use pianning requirements.

basin is a major cause of runoff problems

CRC on the proposed rules.

areas, estuarine groin standards,

development enforcement procedures,
piers and navigation and the
enforcement requirement for
restoration.
