Sunset Slates Second Hearing On Land Use A second public hearing on the revision of the Sunset Beach land use plan has been scheduled for April 30 at 7:30 p.m. at the town hall. Town council set the hearing at its regular monthly meeting Monday night. A similar hcuring was conducted last Tuesday. A random sample of uic town's property owners have been surveyed in conjunction with the revision of the land use plan, which is required by ine coastal Area Management Act l every five yearn. ., Town Manager Wallace Martin has said the purpose of the hearings is to address land use planning problems citizens have encountered.
