Seven students from the Shallotte Middle School chorus were recruited to fill the dwarfs positions. They were, Chris Bland, Doc; Richard I-ancaster, Grumpy; Charles Moore, Sncezy; Chris Phelps, Dopey; Shane Holden, Happy; Chris Tyndall, Bashful, and LcQuinn Jenerette, Sleepy. Play ro-enrdinatnrs Kay Coleman and Wallace Dunn worked with the students for weeks to prepare for the play. As expected, it had a storybook ending.
