Stanley Smith, pastor, performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William G. Waples of Shallotte. The groom is the son ot Major and Mrs. Dwayne E. Miller of Redstone Arsenal, Ala. The bride was escorted by her father. The couple was given in marriage by the groom's family and the I bride's parents. Her gown was of candlelight organza and featured a watteau train and keyhole back shoulderline. The high pi neckline and natural waistline were accented with Venice lace motifs and seed pearls, as were the full-length bishop sleeves. Venice lace also accented the sleeve cuffs and edged the chapel length veil. The bride carried a cascading Ixiuquet of white rose ' with purple accents and wore an anti?
