Stephen Arthur Barnhardt, 23, of Delco, was traveling west on RPR 1426 about nine miles northwest of Navassa when he lost control of his car. Trooper D.A. Lewis estimated Harnhardt was traveling approximately 100 mph when he ran off the road while rounding a curve. Lewis reported the 1978 Volkswagen ran off the right shoulder, swerved back onto the highway, ran off the left shoulder, struck a ditch bank and overturned six times.
