Plans submitted by Franklin Gore, applicant for GSH Associates of Route 0, Sluillotte, indicate the company would construct 12 diiches to drain a road and residential lots in Vinwood Subdivision. They would be built to 10-foot top widths, two-foot bottom widths and five-foot depths.
