D.C., museum operated by the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution highlighted the Sept. 19 meeting of the William Clause Chapter of the DAK. The group met in the board room of Brunswick Technical t'olleoe at Sun. ? r I ply for the presentation by Mrs. I Robert Hudgins IV of Charlotte, I honorary state regent for the DAK. She used slides to illustrate the various period rooms of the organization's National Museum. Of particular importance to local members was the North Carolina room Its walls are decorated with 19th century French handpainted Zubcr wallpaper titled "The Hunt." Within the room are a mahogany dining table and chairs, circa 1805-1810, in the style of Duncan I'hyfe, and a Hepplewhite style sideboard with satinwood and honeysuckle inlay, circa 1780-1790.
