George l^slie Stanley, 21, was charged with a safe movement violation by Patrol Officer Nellie Evans. Stanley was traveling north on U.S. 17 about 12:28 a.m. when he turned left into the entrance of Hardee's Restaurant, failing to see an automobile approaching from the south. He pulled across in front of the car, a 1979 Plymouth operated by Garry Lynn Gooden. of Route 2, Elizabethtown, causing the Gooden vehicle to strike his car in the side. Gooden was transported to Bruaswick Hospital in Supply with nonincapacitating injuries.
