David Hedwine has been appointed to two legislative Research Commission study groups, one on outdoor advertising and the other on child abuse testimony. The appointments were announced Oct. 7 by Liston B. Ramsey, speaker of the House. The child abuse testimony group is expected to examine the constitutionality of using electronics to record and transmist the testimony of children in cases of physical or sexual abuse of children.
