Charges against him are murder and

A former Holden Beach area resident,

I Three Thomasville residents were
indicted on a total of 02 assorted
charges.
James tarry Arnette, 41, and his
wife, Katrina Mae, 31, each were indicted
on 27 charges. The charges include
credit card theft, breaking and
entering motor vehicles, misdate
meanor larceny and possession of
stolen goods. Also indicted was Terry
Gordon Wagner. 46, was indicted on
23 similar ctuirgca.

Indicts Overrr
David Carl Boston and Gerry Dean
Smith, two men from the Jacksonville,
Fla. area arrested in
Brunswick and Horry counties on
Nov. 4 were indicted on six charges
each ranging from felonious larceny,
possession of stolen goods, breaking
and entering of motor vehicles,
possession of a stolen vehicle and
felonious breaking and entering.
Also indicted were the following:
Donald Richard Arnold, on two
charges of first degree burglary and
felonious larceny with possession of
stolen goods, one charge of felonious
breaking and entering, two charges

misdemeanor larceny, and two
charges of breaking and entering a
motor vehicle with misdemeanor
larceny and possession of stolen
goods. The charges stemmed from a
series of incidents in the Ocean Isle
Beach area.

and trafficking by possessing marijuana,
conspiracy to traffic and trafficking
by transporting murijuarui,
