Current revenues included proprietary funds of $65,231, restricted funds of $71,661 and unexpended plant funds of $106,248. in addition to $138,720 in plant improvements. General unrestricted revenues totaled $2,022 million for the year, with general fund expenses of $2.04 million, for a net decrease in funds of $16,553. That left a negative fund equity balance of $2,522.68. With expenditures of $146,845, the unexpended plant fund also showed a deficit of $13,520.51 for the year.
