the subdivision.

respectively) to be used in a manner
that consitutes a nuisance to other lot
owners, in violation of deed restrictions;
and tluit by allowing l.ot 49 to
be used for access, they are converting
"private streets" to public
streets in violation of the POA's
rights and those of the individual
plaintiffs.
The property owners association
has erected signs giving notice that
the streets are private and restricted
for use of the property owners and
their guests, but says the unauthorised
traffic continues.
According to the complaint, tliat
traffic over the streets and lots in the
subdivision constitutes trespassing

the board denied a request from
member Dorothy Worth to add
several items to the agenda.
Vice Chairman Doug Baxley. acting

James Forstner, advised Worth that
adjustments in the agenda were supposed
to be made at the start of the
meeting.
