Thomnsboro Freewill Baptist
Church.
Kev. Larry Ward performed the
double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. B.C. Ling of I'homasboro.
The groom is the son of Kligio and
Antonin Cortes of Puerto llieo.
Given in marriage by her parents
and escorted by her father, the bride
wore a white gown of acetate satin,
with featured leg-o'-mutton sleeves,
a bodice of sheer net and Schiffli embroidered
lace with a luce-flounced
sweetheart neckline, accented at the
hcck wiiii a \ icionan-siy ic pearl ami
gold filgree brooch.
The full, gathered skirt had a |
flounced hemline that extended into a
chapel-lenth train.
Bridesmaids were Robin Hewotl of
Ash and Juanita Ward of Calabash.

John and Wanda Kinlaw of
Shallotte have announced the hirth of
a son. Christopher Carlvle Kinlaw.
He was born Dec. at 10:37 p.m. in
the Bninswick Hospital at Supply,
and weighed seven pounds, six
ounces, and measured 21 inches in
length.
Maternal grandparents are Billy
Hughes and Helen Koberson, bath of
Henderson. Paternal grandparents
are Or. and Mrs. John Kinlaw of
Henderson. The maternal greatgrandmother
is Mrs. Wesley Hughes,
also of Henderson.
The Kinlaws have another child.
