The Carolina Shores Oniltors'
Guild presented 5750 checks each to
the Calabash Volunteer Fire Department
and Calabash Volunteer
Rescue Squad at a Dec. 12 brunch.
Accepting the checks were Rescue
Squad Captain lindn Angstadt and
Fire Department President Boh
Crocker and Chief Jorry Prince.
The mof:o> was the proceeds of a
fundraisinq event sponsored by the
qiulters.
Also on Friday, Rose Allen of

quilt she won in a recent drawing.
