Nine Students Enter ACT-SO Scholarship Competition Nine black students from across Brunswick County vie Saturday for a S500 scholarship in the annual Martin Luther King ACT-SO com petition, which starts at 7 p.m. at Bolivia Elementary School. Willie Fullwood of Shallottc will serve as master of ceremonics. He is director of adulf basic education and general education development pro grams at Brunswick Community College, where he is also the affir mativc action officcr.
