Weekly Scripture
The Scripture for the week relates
to Dr. King's martyr and comes
from Genesis chapter 37, "And
when they saw him afar off, even
before he came near unto them, they
conspired against him to slay him.
And they said one to another, be
hold this dreamer cometh. C.'ome
now therefore, and let us slay him,
and cast him into some pit and we
will say some evil beast hath de
voured him, and we shall see what
will become of his dreams."
Every peace-loving person be
comes a facilitator in the task of
carrying out the dream regardless of
color. For Jesus himself declared in
his sermon on the mount, "Blessed
are the peacemakers for they shall
be called the children of Jehovah."
